Lista Lending Slashes Fixed Borrow Rates to 1% Following Platform Recovery

Lista Lending has reduced fixed-term borrowing rates to as low as 1% across BTCB/U and slisBNB/BNB markets, marking a significant rate cut following the platform's recent security incident.

Recent Context:
The platform temporarily paused operations on March 22 due to abnormal price fluctuations in wstUSR collateral. Lista has since resumed lending operations, allowing suppliers to withdraw and borrowers in affected markets (USDR, wstUSR, PT-USR) to repay loans. New collateralizing and borrowing remain temporarily disabled in those specific markets.
Lista emphasized it will "take full responsibility for the security of Lista's self-operated Vaults and ensure the safety of user funds."
