Lawsuit alleges Tether froze $42.4M USDT before warrant

Tether is facing a lawsuit claiming it froze $42.4 million USDT more than three months before any U.S. seizure warrant was issue. The plaintiffs allege Tether acted on an informal U.S. law-enforcement request ahead of the warrant.
