๐Ÿ’ถ Europe's Stablecoin Wake-Up Call

**Europe's dollar dependency problem is real.** The continent has relied heavily on repackaged USD stablecoins while native euro solutions lag behind. **Monerium's EURe offers a different approach:** - Native euro stablecoin with proper banking integration - Uses SEPA payment rails for seamless transfers - Operates under clear regulatory framework - Provides web3 IBANs for traditional banking compatibility **The numbers tell the story:** Global stablecoin market sits at $255B, but euro-backed tokens represent only $14B compared to $241B in USD stablecoins. **Key benefits of native euro stablecoins:** - Reduces reliance on US dollar infrastructure - Keeps European deposits within EU banking system - Maintains ECB's monetary policy influence - Enables faster, cheaper cross-border payments **Real-world integration** includes partnerships with Gnosis Pay and traditional banking systems, bridging the gap between crypto and conventional finance. Former ECB board member Lorenzo Bini Smaghi warns that staying on the sidelines means **accepting marginalization** in global finance. Europe needs to act decisively to maintain its financial sovereignty.

๐Ÿ”’ Scroll's $500k Security Fund

๐Ÿ”’ Scroll's $500k Security Fund

Scroll launches a **$500k Security Subsidy Program** to make professional security audits accessible to high-potential projects on their network. **The Problem:** - Most projects treat security as a one-time checkbox - 80% of audited projects still have critical bugs found in their first year - Comprehensive security costs over $100k annually - too expensive for early teams **How It Works:** - Service providers offer 25% discount - Scroll subsidizes up to 75% case-by-case - Covers traditional audits via Areta.io Market - Includes end-to-end security through Immunefi's Magnus platform - 6 months free Magnus access + AI security copilot **What's Included:** - Fuzzing tests and formal verification - Bug bounties and 24/7 monitoring - Real-time incident response - PR reviews before launch The program aims to help projects build trust faster and raise capital easier by ensuring **professional-grade security from day one**.
