Capital B raises $8.8M from Adam Back to add 376 BTC to treasury

Euronext Growth Paris-listed Capital B raised $8.8 million from an investment by Adam Back as it moves to add 376 BTC to its bitcoin treasury. The firm issued 13,181,030 shares with four warrants each at 58 euro cents per share, according to a Wednesday filing.
