Bitcoin researchers propose SHRINCS quantum-resistant signature scheme

Bitcoin researchers have proposed a new signature scheme, SHRINCS, that would let bitcoin transactions use larger, quantum-resistant approvals while preserving more network capacity than existing post-quantum signature designs.
