Kyle McDonald (@kcimc) presents Amendment, a 1/1 protocol video in SuperRare's ./spiral exhibition that revisits his earlier Amends and Ethereum's pre-proof-of-stake emissions. The work turns the environmental cost of the proof-of-work era into a question of repair: who will care for the things we love?
The piece goes to auction today at 6pm ET. Responsibility is built into the sale — 30% of the proceeds are directed to Tradewater for climate remediation, with the remainder split 40% SuperRare / 30% artist.
