Slingshot Finance, formerly DEX.AG, raised $15 million in a Series A equity round led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from K5 Global, Shrug Capital, The Chainsmokers, Jason Derulo, Guillaume Pousaz, and Austin Rief. DEX.AG rebrands to Slingshot after $3.1M seed round
Decentralized exchange aggregator DEX.AG announced it was rebranding to Slingshot and closing a $3.1 million seed round led by Framework Ventures, with participation from Electric Capital, Coinbase Ventures, Winklevoss Capital, Digital Currency Group, Robot Ventures, and others. The project was originally built at a 2018 hackathon and has seen over $100 million in volume.
