Safe contracts v1.5.0 goes live as default in Safe{Wallet}
Safe contracts v1.5.0 is now live in Safe{Wallet} and the Safe APIs, set as the default version. New Safes start on v1.5.0, while all eligible existing Safe accounts can upgrade from Settings in a single transaction.
- SafeLabs announced the rollout on Safe's official channels, calling Safe the world's most battle-tested multisig.
- SafeLabs recommends the upgrade and notes a Safe's address, owners, and threshold remain unchanged through migration.
- The release also fixes issues around failed transactions, flagged by SafeLabs as resolved.
- The upgrade is rolling out across both the wallet and the APIs as part of ongoing safety improvements.
