DeFi protocols restore KelpDAO rsETH backing via Safe
After the largest DeFi exploit of 2026 left no central operator to manage recovery, dozens of protocols organized their own. Led by Aave, they restored KelpDAO's rsETH backing through a single Safe multisig. Safe touted the effort as proof that onchain coordination can drive recovery without a centralized counterparty.
