PendleLoop goes live with leveraged crypto and stock trading
Pendle has launched PendleLoop, a one-stop tool to earn or trade with leverage. Leveraged long positions on Coinbase tokenized stocks are live onchain on Base, powered by Aave V4 markets, with starting markets TSLAc, AAPLc, NVDAc, METAc, GOOGLc, MSFTc and AMZNc. Stock-long routes are financed by USDC borrowing on Aave V4, with users earning USDC rewards on what they borrow, streamed via Merkl; Loop to Long incentives on the Mag 7 stocks are claimable on Merkl.
- Pendle is now pitching PendleLoop's cost edge for crypto longs too: an $ETH long on PendleLoop would have cost 70-90% less over the past year (depending on leverage) than a perp long on Hyperliquid.
- The pitch extends one-click looping beyond PTs to any yield-bearing asset, including stock tokens.
