Pendle adds oracle risk icons to PT Looping pairings

Pendle updated its one-click PT Looping interface so each pairing shows a distinct icon denoting the oracle risk of that market. The indicator is meant to make oracle-related risk visible at a glance before users open a loop, following recent community scrutiny of oracle behavior on PT markets (including the PT-reUSD/USDC liquidations on Morpho).

The icon marks each PT/collateral pairing's oracle risk directly in the loop flow.
No change to the looping mechanics itself; this is a UI/information addition.
