Partners Group has brought its Next Generation Infrastructure strategy onchain as NGI+ on Pendle — a fund holding about $2.4B–$2.5B in energy and digital infrastructure, from power generation to data centres, now live as a tokenized yield market. Pendle and AssetoFinance have since published a joint case study on how the fund was brought onchain within its existing legal and regulatory framework, covering the trust structure behind NGI+ and the role of Pendle's onchain yield market for an infrastructure fund.
Pendle re-amplified AssetoFinance's breakdown of how the pieces fit together: Partners Group manages the underlying strategy, Asseto provides the infrastructure that keeps NAV, custody records and onchain supply aligned, and Pendle provides the market where holders can fix or trade the yield.
