ICE partners with TradeXYZ to bring Hyperliquid perps to US

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, announced a partnership with TradeXYZ to bring Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures into U.S. regulated markets. ICE is also taking a minority stake in TradeXYZ, which currently offers eligible non-U.S. users 24/7 perpetuals on equities, indices, commodities, and currencies built on Hyperliquid.

The plan calls for a U.S.-regulated venue for Hyperliquid perps, subject to regulatory approvals such as the CFTC.
The news pushed HYPE up sharply, with reports of a 9-17% single-day gain.
ICE framed the deal as moving on-chain derivatives trading into traditional market infrastructure.
