Omakase completed a capital raise in April 2024 through a third-party allotment with Nomura Holdings as the subscriber, to build capacity for growing engineering services demand.
Kudasai joined the Japan Open Chain consortium as a validator, a step noted by the chain's founder as bringing crypto DAO communities into the validator set alongside large Japanese enterprises.
Kudasai established Omakase (Osaka) in January 2024 as its technology division subsidiary, focused on blockchain validator operations, development/maintenance, and technical consulting.
The community was incorporated into Kudasai Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku, Tokyo) in September 2022 to provide closer support to projects in Japan and abroad.
The KudasaiJP community began operations in 2020 and expanded across DeFi, GameFi, and NFT categories to become one of Japan's largest crypto communities.
