KuCoin expands UTA margin assets to 116, revises discount rates

KuCoin will update Unified Trading Account (UTA) margin rules effective 08:00 UTC on November 3, 2026, expanding eligible margin assets from 55 to 116 (adding 61 assets) and revising USD tier thresholds, discount rates, and liquidation penalty rates. Discount tiers continue to be determined by each asset's real-time USD-equivalent value, with Discounted Collateral Equity still calculated progressively across tiers; the calculation logic is unchanged.

• USDT/USDC keep top-tier 100% discount rates; BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, and KCUSD are among assets with tiered rates
• Assets not listed in the update receive a 0% discount rate and do not count toward Discounted Collateral Equity
