Kleros October update adds Arc Mainnet to Scout incentives, changes reward formula

Kleros's October update adds Arc Mainnet to the chains eligible for Scout incentives, letting contributors submit Arc contracts, tokens and addresses to the Scout registries. As with other supported chains, entries already tagged on the reference explorer (arc.etherscan.io) won't earn rewards.

The Kleros Token Registry reward formula shifts from a 10/90 split to a 50/50 weighting between a token's share of total transaction volume and the square root of its volume — giving real transaction activity more influence while the square-root component still keeps the most active tokens from dominating the pool. Incentive pools remain at 100,000 PNK per registry.

Other adjustments in the same update: prediction market tokens are no longer eligible for Token Registry incentive rewards, Solana transaction counts are normalized for comparability with EVM chains, and failed transactions are excluded from activity counts.
