Kleros launches dedicated Kleros Enterprise page
Kleros launched a dedicated page for Kleros Enterprise, its dispute-resolution offering for companies, covering who decides cases, what it costs, whether rulings are binding, and cases that can be read publicly.
- A case study cites Lemon, a wallet with over 5.5 million users: only 10% of users stayed in the app after a rejected escalated claim, versus 78% when disputes were resolved by independent Kleros jurors.
- A third case also opened in the Customer Advocates Court where filings and evidence are sealed and only the drawn jurors (all certified lawyers) see them.
Argentina is becoming a fast adopters of this legal infrastructure. The consumer claims office in Junín files Kleros cases every week, and Kleros has signed a framework agreement with a local partner to expand Enterprise integrations further in the country.
