The Municipality of Junín has now brought 50 cases to Kleros, 35 of them in 2026 — almost one a week. At the city's consumer protection office (OMIC), a consumer complaint previously averaged six months to resolve; with analysis from Kleros courts it now takes five days.
Kleros reported the figure in its "This Week in Kleros" recap, pointing to real-world adoption of its arbitration courts by a public administration for consumer disputes — with the Junín consumer office routing cases through Kleros courts instead of the traditional six-month process.
