Kraken parent Payward targets first CFTC-regulated HIP-3 deployer on Hyperliquid

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced its intention to be the first CFTC-regulated deployer on HIP-3* markets, using Hyperliquid as the infrastructure layer to deploy perpetual futures markets for US clients. Subject to regulatory approval, Bitnomial would serve as the regulated venue under the arrangement.

The move marks an early, regulated pathway into Hyperliquid's HIP-3 deployment framework. Hyperliquid noted the announcement comes subject to regulatory approval.
