Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) — parent of the New York Stock Exchange — and Trade[XYZ] announced a definitive agreement to bring Trade[XYZ]'s Hyperliquid-based perpetual markets onshore in the United States, subject to regulatory approvals. The planned markets span crypto, equities, commodities, foreign exchange, and other real-world assets.
- Under the deal, ICE intends to seek approvals to combine Trade[XYZ]'s Hyperliquid deployment expertise with ICE's exchange, clearing, and regulatory framework in a new, dedicated retail market structure.
- Once approved, KYC/AML-verified customers would access the markets through futures commission merchants (FCMs) that join the platform.
- The announcement adds ICE and Trade[XYZ] to the growing list of regulated institutions planning to deploy Hyperliquid-based perp markets for US clients.
