Hyperliquid lists Extended (XTEN) hyperp with up to 3x leverage

By community request, Hyperliquid listed Extended (XTEN) as a new hyperp (Hyperliquid-only perpetual) with up to 3x leverage. Hyperps trade like standard perpetuals but use a moving-average mark price instead of an underlying spot or index oracle, so the listing adds a Hyperliquid-native market for XTEN.
