Hinkal launches on Arc for private stablecoin payments

Hinkal is now live on Arc, adding privacy to stablecoin payments, settlements, and payouts on the network. Users can hold and spend private balances from their existing wallet keys, with senders, recipients, and amounts kept confidential, in what Hinkal describes as "compliant by design."
