Substreams pipelines now serve data back over GraphQL

The Graph announced that Substreams — its parallelized indexing engine with multi-sink output — can now serve indexed data back over GraphQL. This lets teams keep the same query interface The Graph is historically known for while getting Substreams' more powerful indexing underneath.

The new capability serves that data back through GraphQL, so developers don't have to re-tool their read layer when outgrowing a Subgraph.
