KPK offboards Beefy–Balancer collateral ahead of withdrawals-only pools

Gearbox relayed that most Balancer v3 pools move to withdrawals-only today, ahead of which KPK offboarded Beefy–Balancer collateral including rETH and osETH. The move prepares Gearbox's Krypton (KPK) vaults ahead of Balancer's withdrawal restrictions taking effect.
