The dYdX Foundation said it is aware of the exploit affecting Astroport on Neutron and clarified that the dYdX protocol and dYdX Chain are unaffected and operating normally — trading, deposits, and withdrawals remain fully functional. The affected DYDX liquidity sat in a third-party Astroport pool, not in dYdX's custody.
Astroport had warned of a potential security incident on Neutron that may have exposed admin privileges to its smart contracts; Neutron paused chain operations for investigation and Astroport advised users to withdraw liquidity from all pools.
