Curve Finance announced StableSwap is live on Stellar mainnet, its first deployment built for a chain outside the EVM, promoting the launch with the tagline "All routes lead to Curve. Now from @StellarOrg, too." Because Stellar doesn't run the EVM, Curve rebuilt StableSwap from the ground up for Soroban, Stellar's smart-contract platform, with support from the Stellar Development Foundation — and per Curve, the math is unchanged.
- Swaps and liquidity provision are live in beta at stellar.curve.finance, starting with an initial pool; connect a Stellar wallet like Freighter
- Fees work as on other Curve deployments, so swaps on Stellar earn for the Curve DAO and veCRV holders
- FXSwap (for pairs like USD vs EUR stablecoins) follows once its audit completes; pool creation will also come to the interface next
- SDF asked Curve to deploy, citing regulated stablecoins and tokenized funds on Stellar that need deep trading venues
