Circle Gateway Adds cirBTC and EURC alongside USDC

Circle has added cirBTC and EURC to Circle Gateway, joining USDC and expanding Circle Interop. Developers get one unified balance per asset, with crosschain access in under 500ms after deposit finalization, using the same Gateway integration and experience across more assets.
