Re, the decentralized reinsurance protocol, said its reUSD deposit token now reaches 8 chains via Chainlink CCIP, keeping RWAs composable without rebuilding per chain. Re is a launch partner for CCIP 2.0, which adds issuer-defined controls per transfer.
The expansion builds on Re's earlier move to decommission its legacy LayerZero-based bridging in favor of CCIP as its exclusive cross-chain infrastructure, following a security review. Re carries roughly $475M+ in TVL.
