Binance moves bStocks collateral index to 24/7 dynamic pricing

Binance will enable 24/7 dynamic updates to the bStocks Collateral Index Price, effective 2026-10-24 00:00 (UTC). Previously, collateral values held the last valid equity-market price while US markets were closed; now they will be continuously updated using Binance's own trading prices via an Orderbook EWMA mode during non-trading hours, weekends and holidays.

A dedicated price movement cap limits abnormal fluctuations during non-trading hours
Exiting EWMA mode uses a weighted blend of old and new index modes to avoid sudden price jumps
Binance warns that Margin Level and uniMMR can now change outside US market hours, so collateral value and liquidation risk can move while markets are closed

The change applies to bStocks used as margin collateral and is part of Binance's ongoing development of its tokenized-equity product.
