Aster suspends Prediction order placement for upgrade

Aster is temporarily suspending order placement on Aster Prediction, including API trading, starting October 27 at 09:00 UTC while it upgrades the prediction system. The exchange said it is "working on a better Prediction experience" and teased more details to come.
