Alchemy and AgentCard AI enable Mastercard payments for AI agents
Alchemy is partnering with AgentCard AI and Mastercard to give developers the identity, wallet, and one-time-use Mastercard credentials needed for AI agents to discover, compare, and buy products online on their users' behalf, anywhere Mastercard is accepted. The latest update highlights that users can set spending limits for their agent and let it buy autonomously, with the first agent provisionable in under a minute via AgentCard. The announcement, shared on Alchemy's X account, frames the checkout button as being replaced by autonomous agent purchasing.
