AerodromeMetaswaps to go live with Aero's October 21 launch
Aerodrome confirmed that Metaswaps, its cross-chain swap feature, goes live with Aero in two days, pitching "seamless swaps across any connected network" in one app. Metaswaps is one of several features debuting with the unified Aerodrome/Velodrome liquidity layer, which launches October 21 at 8:00 PM EDT (00:00 UTC October 22) across Base, Ethereum Mainnet, OP Mainnet, Arc, Ink, Robinhood Chain, and Arbitrum.
The launch also brings Predictive Allocation, billed as the first prediction-driven capital allocation mechanism, alongside Slipstream V3 with dynamic fees and MEV capture and the AER Engine for reward optimization. Aerodrome says the combined network connects over $63B in global capital — more than 80% of all EVM TVL — with AERO Rewards streamed across all seven chains via Predictive Allocation. Coinbase handles the exchange-side token migration, converting AERO 1:1 and VELO at roughly 0.044 into unified AERO.
