Mellow's automated liquidity management (ALM) solution on Aerodrome and Velodrome — shown as Autopilot in the UI — is winding down ahead of the Aero launch. LPs with deposits in the ALM are advised to withdraw their positions beforehand rather than risk leaving liquidity unmanaged once the service shuts off.
- The wind-down clears out the legacy ALM deployments as Aerodrome and Velodrome consolidate into Aero, the unified liquidity layer launching October 21 across seven chains.
- Mellow ALM had served as the "hands-free" concentrated-liquidity manager for Aerodrome pools, charging a service fee that was locked into a veAERO Relay.
