Aerodrome has released the code behind Predictive Allocation, its rewards mechanism, showing how sAERO continuously allocates rewards while the AER Engine optimizes the allocation. The code is now available for public review as part of the Aero roadmap building toward its mainnet launch.
Aerodrome frames Predictive Allocation as bringing "the truth discovery and asymmetric upside of prediction markets to spot markets" — users wouldn't need to bet on an outcome or take directional exposure, but simply bet on a market and the demand for it. The team describes it as unlocking something entirely new onchain.
