Aave V4 Core Hub launches USDC borrower incentives

Aave has activated incentives for USDC borrowers on the Aave V4 Core Hub on Ethereum. Users who borrow USDC against any available collateral will earn 2% back in USDC rewards, a move to drive lending activity on the freshly deployed V4 instance.
