AaveAave mobile app adds USDC and USDT deposits from Optimism
USDC and USDT deposits from Optimism are now live in Aave's mobile savings app, the latest network added to its early-access deposit rollout. The app — the Aave App / World Savings App — already supports USDC/USDT from Ethereum, USDC from Base, USDC/USDT from Monad, the earlier HyperEVM addition, and now Optimism; each new network is announced on Aave's X account with a dedicated Ghost Pass code for waitlist users to skip the queue.
- The app continues its country-by-country onboarding across the US, Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria following the initial Germany cohort
- Founder Stani Kulechov frames the app as "DeFi for everyone"; Android availability and the full feature set have not yet been detailed
