Demo day is approaching, and @sashanft will present the pre-accelerator pitch for Unchained during this week's Hot Seat. The event is scheduled for Friday, September 6th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET. Unchained is described as a socialfi seasonal battler where casual to midcore players compete for up to $500k in prize pool quarterly. It's positioned as a modern take on multiplayer dungeons (MUDs) from the 80s/early 90s. Feedback request: Would you, as an investor, want to learn more after the pitch? If not, why? No preparation is required. Questions and comments can be posted in the designated channel.

Dan and Jack from Icebreaker will present a demonstration of the platform's global searching capabilities, AI summaries, and upcoming features during a Hot Seat event on Friday, July 12th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET. The presentation aims to showcase how Icebreaker can help users meet exceptional people using their extended network. Attendees are requested to provide feedback on their recent hiring or job-seeking experiences, including sourcing methods, platforms used, and effectiveness. After the demo, participants are asked to identify any features Icebreaker may be missing to compete with other platforms for future searches.

This week, @littleconfucian will be on the Hot Seat at Skylab. On January 26th, Jiawen will present the fundraise deck for Uncharted, a studio and publisher of risk-based financial games. Feedback is requested from VCs on the most appealing part of the pitch and any obstacles to writing a cheque. A work-in-progress link to the Uncharted deck is shared for preparation.

This week, @must_be_ash will be on the Hot Seat on December 15th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET. Ash will be presenting Binder.Studio, a platform that attaches autographs to art and collectables using ERC-6551. Feedback is requested on pitch, monetization, business model, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising strategy. Previous MVP demo and questions can be found in the provided links.

Join the hot seat session on Friday, December 1st at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET to see @wizard9819 demo 0xShop: an e-commerce platform designed for web3 brands. The platform offers tools like gated products, discounts, and redeemables, embeddable widgets, NFT features, Shopify integration, and support for multiple blockchains. Feedback is requested on the interest in using this platform in the space and how to position it for a possible raise.

On November 24th, Max Level Studios will present their web3-native gaming studio and flagship game Uldor during a Black Friday Hot Seat event. They are seeking feedback on their pitch, including from non-gaming perspectives.

This week's hot seat with @christianreza will feature Noves, a blockchain data provider. Reza will present Noves, which aims to solve the problem of transaction visibility in web3. Christian is seeking product feedback and advice on how to position and market Noves effectively. The call will take place on Friday, November 17th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.

Simon will be hosting this week's Hot Seat on Skylab, discussing Liquality's newest project, Honey Pots. Honey Pots is a platform where creators can share their revenue with supporters, based on smart measurable conditions. Simon is seeking feedback on mechanism design, go-to-market strategies, focus, and target audience. The session will take place on Friday, November 3rd, at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET.

Skylab community members are invited to join a camp at the Texas Eclipse festival in April 2023. The festival offers music, art, space, and technology experiences. Participants can connect with fellow Skylabbers, attend the festival with support from Skylab founder Mitch Morales, witness a solar eclipse, and enjoy great music. Those interested can indicate their interest in camping or speaking/participating in tech activations.

Skylab community is adding a new event called Tokenomics Review. This event is aimed at helping projects refine their financial aspects, find a coherent business model, and get access to resources and market trends for better product positioning in web3. Sign-ups are now open for projects or ideas that use tokenomics. A free review will be provided by a tokenomics designer and a small group of Skylab peers.
