What are Halloween Bears?

The Friendly Bears have caught the Halloween bug and turned into spooky monsters.  Halloween Bears can be staked to earn $SWEETZ, enabling holders to have fractional ownership of a Bears Deluxe vault, and exclusive DAO seniority.  Minting Details

10,000 Halloween Bears minting at 0.05 each.  

Staking

Staking to earn $SWEETZ tokens will be live in 1-2 days after minting is complete.  

DAO Funds

10% of Minting Sales will go towards bootstrapping the DAO. 7.5% of royalties will also go to the DAO.  

Multisig and Voting

A DAO multi-sig with trusted community members to manage the DAO funds and vault. This will include voting on Snapshot as well as approving of DAO purchases.  

OpenSea Concerns

We are aware of all the recent OpenSea delistings and have clarified aswell as taken precautions in order to stay listed. Not to worry!
