FRAK

Frak is a DeFi protocol that leverages the value of content consumption by minting derivatives tied to specific content, such as a YouTube channel.

The yield of the derivatives, called "Fraktion", is based on the content consumption as underlying data.

The yield is generated from a revenue sharing model, where a percentage of the revenue is distributed between the Fraktion owner, the community of Fraktion owners, the referrers and the content creator.

FRK is the utility token of the Frak ecosystem. Here are some utilities of the token : 

• invest in the derivatives 
• buy advertiing spaces in the ecosystem (for advertisers)
• buy exclusive content
• benefit from special deal in the Frak Permissionless Eshop for any partners.

This creates a unique ecosystem for the creation and sharing of valuable content, where all stakeholders are incentivized to participate and contribute to the ecosystem.

This protocol is a novel approch which is therefore a new category of DeFi protocol called "Consumption-based DeFi".

Frak is materialized by an extension to download, which allows to track the use of content, but also to invest in the Fraktions with different profitability (Common, Premium, Gold, Diamond).

Frak Labs which developed and maintains the Frak Protocol takes a 2% fee on every transaction.
