Soon, we will release a ZetaChain roadmap. One feature will be direct support of Bitcoin Ordinals inputs and the ability for Omnichain Smart Contracts (OSC) to directly custody and manage foreign NFTs including Bitcoin ordinals.

Also, expect the support of BRC20 fungible tokens based on the ordinal tech stack. Users will be able to send Ordinals on Bitcoin network to invoke the OSC.

Today, we shared the stage with @Aptos_Network & @protocollabs and stressed the need for a better interoperability standard for DeFi applications. No more supporting the same app on many chains, no more limited bridges that wrap/lock tokens away in vaults - fungible tokens

ZetaChain Explorer Launches for Universal Apps

ZetaChain Explorer Launches for Universal Apps

**New blockchain explorer debuts for ZetaChain developers** @stakeme_pros launched a comprehensive ZetaChain Explorer, providing developers with essential data to build Universal Apps. The tool supports ZetaChain's "build once, launch everywhere" approach. **Key features:** - Complete blockchain data access - Universal App development support - Cross-chain functionality This follows ZetaChain's recent integration with KaiaChain testnet and growing adoption as the fastest-growing L1 on DappRadar. The platform enables developers to create applications that work across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other major chains without bridges or wrappers.

ETHWarsaw Universal App Track Applications Open

**ETHWarsaw hackathon** has opened applications for its Universal App Track. The track focuses on **"build once, reach people everywhere"** - encouraging developers to create applications with broad accessibility and reach. Key details: - Applications are currently open - Track emphasizes universal app development - Registration available through provided link This represents an opportunity for developers to showcase cross-platform solutions and innovative app architectures. Beam DEX Launches Universal Trading with 50,000 $ZETA Rewards

**Beam DEX** has officially launched on Liquidity Land as a universal decentralized exchange. Key features include: - **Native cross-chain swaps** across all supported blockchains - **Direct Bitcoin trading** without wrapping or bridges - **50,000 $ZETA tokens** available as ecosystem rewards The platform enables users to trade assets across different chains seamlessly, including Bitcoin integration - a significant technical achievement in the DEX space. Traders can now access **omnichain liquidity pools** and participate in the reward program while the platform is in its launch phase.

ZetaChain vs Chain Abstraction: Two Paths to Multi-Chain Simplicity

**ZetaChain** operates as a full L1 blockchain with smart contracts that directly manage assets across multiple chains. All multi-chain logic runs on-chain within ZetaChain's protocol. **Chain abstraction** solutions like Universal X, Particle, and Saga take a different approach: - Focus on hiding multi-chain complexity from users - Use SDKs, account abstraction, or messaging protocols - Function like a "super-app" that smooths user experience **Key difference**: ZetaChain provides native multi-chain functionality at the protocol layer, while chain abstraction emphasizes UX improvements through external tools. Both approaches aim to eliminate multi-chain friction but represent fundamentally different architectural philosophies for solving cross-chain challenges.

🚀 ZetaChain Powers Cross-Chain Yield Platform

🚀 ZetaChain Powers Cross-Chain Yield Platform

**YieldMillion** launches as a new yield farming platform built on ZetaChain's universal blockchain infrastructure. The platform promises to deliver competitive yields across multiple blockchain networks through ZetaChain's **cross-chain connectivity**. - Leverages ZetaChain's Universal Blockchain technology - Enables yield farming across different chains from one platform - Aims to simplify multi-chain DeFi participation ZetaChain's EVM-compatible Layer 1 allows the platform to connect with various blockchains, including Bitcoin, providing users access to diverse yield opportunities without managing multiple wallets or bridges.
