yBOLD becomes collateral on Frankencoin

Liquity's yBOLD (~10% APR) can now be used as collateral on Frankencoin. Users can borrow ZCHF at up to 85% LTV while the yBOLD collateral keeps earning ~10% APR, continuing to compound.
