weETH becomes pure LST as restaking moves to weETHs

EtherFi has moved all restaking exposure away from weETH, making it a pure liquid staking token (LST). Restaking now lives in weETHs, its liquid restaking token powered by Symbiotic.

The change gives one asset for staking and one for restaking, with no bundled risk.
