SkySky narrows Base Rate spread, sets SSR at 3.52%
Sky Governance proposed and then enacted a narrower Base Rate spread across the Sky Ecosystem, designed to support stronger economics and more efficient growth across the Sky Agent Network. The change took effect alongside an adjustment of the Sky Savings Rate to 3.52%, both aimed at strengthening Sky Protocol's long-term revenue base.
