Bridge fee structure simplified
Saakuru's bridge now charges a fixed $0.05 fee in base tokens instead of percentage-based pricing.

User support initiative:
- First 1,000 transactions from Saakuru will be subsidized
- Addresses the challenge that users may lack OAS due to Saakuru's gasless nature
This update follows previous bridge infrastructure changes, including the partnership with Lucid Labs after Router Protocol's security incident in July.
