Mint Structure:

- Phase 2 (Holders): 5-6 PM EST at 0.069 ETH, with 0.0275 ETH going to STREET Vault
- Phase 2-B (Public): Opens at 6 PM if needed, same pricing as Phase 2

Post-Mint Raffle:
