Party Protocol Scaling Back Operations
Party announced it's focusing on new apps and scaling back support for existing features. Key changes:
Immediate Changes:
- New Party creation disabled as of today
- Existing Parties remain accessible
October 20 Disabled Features:
- Create NFTs
- Buy NFTs
- Sell New Memberships
- Launch a Token
Still Active Features:
- Transfers
- Swaps
- Distributions
- Selling NFTs
- WalletConnect
The team aims to keep essential proposal types available for existing communities while they pivot to new applications.
As we focus our efforts on new apps, we will be scaling back support for certain features in Party. Starting today, creating new Parties will be disabled. Existing Parties will remain accessible. Towards this, beginning October 20, the following proposal types will be disabled:

Several new artist Packs have been released on the Party Protocol in December: - @fruttaeverdura2 launched their latest Pack on Dec 18 - @maxcapacity released a new collection on Dec 12 - @alimofun, @ina_vare, and @fabianospeziari launched Packs earlier this month - @colton_art introduced a new card game utilizing Packs - Additional releases from @JonathanWWolfe and a second Pack from @maxcapacity *Notable activity shows continued artist adoption and creative implementations of the Pack format.*

A new card game utilizing Packs technology by creator @colton_art has launched its minting phase. This release joins a series of recent Pack-based projects, following successful launches from various artists including @JonathanWWolfe, @stina_jones, @lewis_osb, and @fabianospeziari over the past month. The project represents a novel application of Packs technology in the gaming space, expanding beyond traditional digital collectibles.
