MVL has introduced Ambient Hailing, a service that lets AI agents book real rides on behalf of users in New York (Throo) and Singapore (TADA).

How it works:

  • Tell your AI agent your destination
  • Agent checks available rides, fares, and travel times
  • Review and approve the booking
  • Agent requests a driver and provides trip updates
  • Pay via registered card or USDC

The service reduces app switching by handling ride requests through conversation. Payments are supported through existing TADA/Throo accounts or x402-based USDC.

MVL plans to launch Ambient Protocol, a Layer-1 blockchain, in 2027. The existing MVL token will be rebranded as AMB following the mainnet launch.

🚗 Musubi A/R Beta Now Live: Real Mobility Receivables on Base

**Musubi A/R has launched its live beta**, enabling users to purchase tokenized mobility receivables using Base USDC. The platform connects real-world vehicle lease contracts from active drivers in emerging markets with onchain finance. Users can: - Review active receivable listings with disclosed terms - Purchase tokenized receivables starting from 10 USDC - Monitor holdings through smart contracts - Redeem payments after the due date **How it works:** Capital backs vehicle lease contracts from working drivers. When drivers make payments, funds are settled onchain for redemption. **Credit structure includes:** - Physical EV assets as collateral - Real driver lease contracts - Third-party guarantee support - Smart contract settlement logic Built by MVL Group, which operates TADA ride-hailing and ONiON Mobility EV services across Southeast Asia, the platform aims to give stablecoins practical utility beyond trading. The beta represents a working implementation of RWA infrastructure, not a concept. All contract information, ownership status, and transaction history are managed onchain. **Try the platform:** [musubi.fi/ar-service](https://musubi.fi/ar-service)

Cambodian Tuk-Tuks Power New Tokenized Receivables Platform

**Musubi A/R** connects real-world mobility cash flows to blockchain through tokenized receivables from Cambodia's daily transportation operations. **How it works:** - Tuk-tuks and taxis generate predictable daily revenue - These future payments become tokenized receivables - Users can purchase them starting at 10 USDC on Base - After maturity, holders redeem for the expected amount **Why it matters:** - RWA backed by understandable, recurring cash flows - Provides capital access to emerging market mobility operators - Built on MVL's existing Southeast Asian mobility network (TADA ride-hailing, ONiON electric vehicles) **Roadmap includes:** - Multi-chain expansion - Additional payment currencies - Gasless transactions - Secondary market functionality The platform aims to make real economic activity from emerging markets accessible onchain, moving beyond traditional treasury-backed RWA products. 🚗 Emerging-Market Mobility Receivables Enter RWA Space

**Musubi A/R introduces emerging-market mobility receivables** as a new real-world asset (RWA) category, expanding beyond the typical Treasury bonds, real estate, and money market instruments most users encounter. **Key points:** - Traditional RWA products focus on developed-market assets - Musubi A/R offers exposure to mobility receivables from emerging markets - Represents a different asset class with distinct risk characteristics - Provides diversification opportunity for investors familiar with Treasury-backed tokens This development opens a new lane in the RWA market, allowing users to explore asset-backed tokens tied to transportation and mobility services in developing economies. The risk-return profile differs significantly from government-backed securities, requiring investors to evaluate emerging-market exposure alongside traditional RWA holdings.
