Meta Pool Approves Delegate Governance System for mpDAO Voters

Meta Pool Improvement Proposal 19 has been approved, introducing a new Delegate Governance System for mpDAO voters.
The proposal creates a new role called delegates - trusted community representatives who can receive voting power from mpDAO holders.
Key benefits:
- Allows busy token holders to delegate their voting power
- Enables participation without requiring deep governance knowledge
- Maintains democratic participation through trusted representatives
The implementation will roll out in the coming weeks, with Meta Pool promising to share detailed information about the execution process.
This follows months of community discussion and voting that concluded on October 11th. The delegate system aims to increase governance participation while maintaining the quality of decision-making in Meta Pool DAO.
