LlamaRisk launches protocol-owned risk oracle on Aave

LlamaRisk has deployed the first protocol-owned risk oracle on Aave, built using the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE). The oracle is owned by the Aave protocol itself rather than by a third-party operator, marking a new model for on-chain risk infrastructure.
