Kleros fellow proposes blockchain appeal layer for airline claims

Joan Bisonó, a Kleros fellow, published a study proposing an appeal layer inside airlines' own claims processes for consumer disputes in the Dominican Republic. He notes a consumer claim against an airline currently takes one to five years to resolve in Dominican courts, versus days with the proposed system.
